Software Customisation
Off-the-shelf software rarely matches how a business actually works. The gap is usually absorbed by staff — duplicate data entry, workarounds, spreadsheets kept "just in case".
We customise and extend existing systems so they fit your processes: adding the fields, workflows, rules, reports and integrations the standard product does not provide, without abandoning the platform you have already invested in. Where customisation is the wrong answer, we will say so.

SOA structures your systems as discrete services that can be reused, replaced and combined, rather than one monolithic application that must be changed all at once.
The practical benefits are flexibility (change one service without rebuilding everything), cleaner integration between systems that were never designed to work together, and the ability to scale individual parts of the estate as demand requires. We design and implement service-based architectures, and just as often help businesses decide how much of it they actually need.

We start with how the business actually operates - the processes, the systems, the workarounds, and where time and money are being lost. Not a vendor questionnaire.
2. Assess and prioritise
We identify what genuinely needs to change, what can wait, and what should be left alone. Recommendations come with reasoning and realistic effort estimates.
3. Implement
Where you want us to deliver, we do - configuration, integration, custom development, migration. Where your own team is better placed, we support them.
4. Hand over properly
Documentation, knowledge transfer and a clear picture of what was changed and why. You should not need us in order to keep running.
